In December 2023, we lost our mother, Rekha, to cholangiocarcinoma after a seven-month battle. What began as a personal loss became Jarurat Care Foundation, founded by Priyanka Joshi to support families facing the same fight.

JCF is led by Founder Priyanka Joshi. It is supported by doctors, advisors, volunteers, and community members dedicated to helping cancer patients and caregivers.

JCF works with oncologists, advisors, volunteers, and interns. It provides expert guidance, caregiver support, community outreach, and cancer awareness initiatives.

Yes. Doctors can join our Advisory Board, our medical network or Horizon, our community of oncologists.

Horizon is our community of oncologists coming together to discuss new, innovative ideas and treatment regimens, and how they apply to patients in India. It bridges Western science with Indian clinical realities.

Volunteering is open to students, professionals, healthcare workers, survivors, caregivers, and supporters. Anyone passionate about helping cancer patients can get involved.

Yes. Survivors and caregivers can share their experiences, mentor families, support community initiatives, and help others navigating similar journeys.

Donations fund our patient support work: patient care and support, medicines and medical supplies, family assistance, awareness programs, education and knowledge, and long-term hope and recovery.

After a successful online payment you see a receipt on screen that you can print or save. We do not send receipts by email at the moment. This website does not issue tax-exemption certificates. For questions about receipts, write to connect@jarurat.care.
