HR Psychologist

Jarurat Care Foundation runs on the strength of its people, and PsyConnect is the team that keeps that strength intact. You'll bring a psychology-informed lens to everyday HR work: engagement, accountability, communication, and wellbeing. Intern's Day to Day Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily check-ins with interns in your assigned pod and ensure sync-up meetings actually happen. 2. Monitor intern responsiveness and personally follow up with anyone who's gone quiet. 3. Update attendance and performance tracking sheets every day. 4. Verify and record leave requests, ensuring proper documentation. 5. Follow up with inactive interns, escalating from a group nudge to a personal message when needed. 6. Prepare and share Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) the same day or by the next morning. Other Requirements From Interns: 1. Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication for both casual (WhatsApp) and formal (email) coordination. 2. Working comfort with Google Sheets and Google Docs for tracking and documentation. 3. Sound understanding of psychology/HR concepts - engagement, accountability, and interpersonal dynamics. 4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive intern data. What They Will Gain? 1. An Internship Certificate on successful completion of the internship. 2.
