An HR Intern at JCF works across the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to interview coordination, assignment evaluation, and onboarding, while collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates. 2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates professionally. 3. Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation. 4. Support onboarding of new interns and volunteers. 5. Help maintain recruitment and performance tracking sheets. 6. Support the HR team in team engagement and coordination activities. 7. Make fair and unbiased hiring decisions. 8. Manage multiple job roles/interviews simultaneously. 9. Working in different teams for assignment evaluation, interview scheduling, and interviewing. What You'll Gain? 1. Certificate of Internship 2.
